A family owned business since 1988, Creative Design sells stock embroidery and custom digitized designs to small home users to large production multi-head national corporations. Creative Design approached Informatics to redesign their e-Commerce application and assist the website in becoming a more profitable solution.
This e-Commerce application allows users to purchase, download and store designs in their online product library. In addition users can view and print detailed craft project information and download free monthly designs. The database driven content management system allows employees to maintain products, process online orders, post tradeshow schedules and provide detailed project instructions. The online customer database assists Creative Design staff to send targeted Email marketing messages.
