Cedar Rapids/Linn County Solid Waste Agency (formerly known as Bluestem) is a local government agency responsible for waste management and recycling in Linn County. It was extremely important to the Solid Waste Agency to have a website that would suit the needs of many different audiences, help position the agency as a community asset, and be a valuable and educational resource.
Informatics developed a web application that incorporates a streamlined, consistent navigation to ensure ease of use, as well as useful tools, tips, and a recycling database which tells citizens where and how to safely dispose of a wide variety of waste materials.
